Description
Still messing with layers and photos.
The butterfly is from a "brush" by AnnFrost at DA, but I did paint it by hand on another layer...which leads me to ask....
Does anyone know if I can change the color of a black outlined brush that I save as a .png file? I know I can apply color using it as a brush by choosing palette colors. But I would like to change the black outline colors? I'm figuring the black in a .png must not have any color values because the "color replacer" and "flood fill" tools have no effect?
