Description
I am posting less because I just don�t have the time to comment. Running a condo association has me straight out and we have lost another board member. Not sure that I really want to serve on a five member board that has lost four board members in fifteen months. It is a little creepy to tell you the truth. Photo taken last September. Zoom will help!

LOL I live in an old fashioned house with old fashioned air, beach and sea around it so I AM the condo association! I chair all the meetings, second all the motions......and get all the coffees too!

Such a cool car and the paint really suits it. A super capture. I can see how your committee is a bit spooky, I hope your membership increases soon. You asked about Christchurch and I am sorry I haven't got back to you but it is fine but still shaking, though not so much and they seem to be really tied up with red tape but things are slowly moving along. There is a huge rental demand that is only going to get worse as people have to get out of their damaged homes.
