Description

I shot the Rosette last night. I am not happy with my CG-5 mount. The dec drive is not right. I was told the Chinese grease needs to be replace with a good grease.Anyhow this is a stack of about 100 photos at 45 seconds each. thanks for viewing!

Chinese grease not slippery enough? Tell you what, this is great. Now I have to wonder how you captured the colors - I've never seen a sky like that.

Pretty good results. I've yet to try and image this nebula. Perhaps I'll try it this weekend, Weather permitting of course. May your skies be clear.

That is wonderful! I so envy you able to take these yourself! This is the kind of thing that inspires my own nebula-scenes, beautiful capture!
