Description

Greeting to Everyone! Okay...Here's the rundown.....please bare with me as you read along..... 8 years ago when I first began learning Bryce 5.5 and was getting comfortable with the program I began a long labor of love with model building and have over the years been fine tuning my skills and have created a few of which I can honestly say are 100 % mine from start to finish...Some of you that have been around since 2003(when i first joined Renderosity) have seen my progression throughout the years and my various models. To date I have created 3 different motorcycles/5 various tractor trailer trucks and a various slue of oddities here and there.Until now....the only thing that has eluded me was wanting to create a Hot Rod.(yes I create cars/trucks but they are others work not mine)So back in April of 2004 I started such a project on a challenge from my brother that wanted to see his baby brother push himself to his fullest potential and requested that I should try a Hot Rod.... So Off I went...not knowing what laid ahead..All was going good as expected and I had up to then created the frame and engine under darkness not letting him see knowing he couldn't see it until it was finished. Then August 1st of that year my world crumbled when I got a phone call and was told my brother had died...My world collapsed...The model was placed on the back burner and I told myself I would finish it as a tribute at a later date but I lost the Bryce file and couldn't continue without it. Spring forward 7 years and 3 months later...While going through a tub of CD's this past Friday night (that hasn't seen daylight in years) I found the files..(wipes away very happy streaming tears)..I immediately became reacquainted and began where I left off some almost 8 years ago... "Reason as to why I didn't post Monday and so late getting here today... I've learned so much in those 7 plus years and with a newer version of Bryce my creativity just flowed...So since Friday night I have been on a mission to complete this Hot Rod and and put some closer to a promise I made almost 8 years ago.. So with this all said I would "LOVE" with all my heart to present you this "one and only" Hot Rod that I created totally in this newer version of Bryce 7 dedicated to my best friend/brother of whom I miss so very much to this day... "Looks up and points towards Heaven...."This one's for you my brother....(smiles)... The collage your presented with shows on the upper right of what I had completed to date back then...The upper left shows the changes made to the frame.Since 2004 I have created newer and more stream lined objects and basically had all the newer items just waiting in a folder knowing at some point I would have to attempt to recreate this model from scratch someday. The lower middle shows the entire model in the man cave and I tossed the close up of the engine as an added bonus for those that may of wanted to see it up close and personal for the details. So here you are...8 years in the making...I present you with a 1923 T Bucket that was a labor of love from start to finish and dedicated as a promise to my brother. The most difficult and detailed car model to date for me.So for those that enjoy car art I hope you like it..(smiles).. ~Will~ Created entirely in Bryce 7 and is the latest model to come from the Imagination of Wallace Creation and is totally 100% built by yours truly.... Post Work/Frame/Sig Stamp in Photoshop Elements 8 "Please take the time and "zoom" in so you can really get a feel of the time that was spent in creating this dedication.Would really mean a lot if you did so....(smiles).. I'll be back Friday with my latest from the Fractal Factory!....See You Then!!!
