Please note while viewing this photo that it shows I have a "Demon Carburator" on this Car. This is not the case now as "Demon" company recalled the carb back to the factory because of defects in it. Now with that said,here is the breakdown of this car.
Curb Weight:-3000Lbs.
Exterior Color: Ford 1970 Candy Apple Red.
Basic Options:-351C 4V engine,Hurst T-Grip 4Speed Toploader, sports mirrors.
Carb:-NOS 735CFM 428CJ Carb Jetted for the 351C motor.
Intake:-Very DO..." stamped boss 351 Aluminum intake.
Camshaft:-Competition 280H Cam.
Heads:-Three angle valve job with screw-in studs, harden valve seats, and matched push rods, valve springs,roller tip rockers, and hydraulic lifters.
Ingnition:-Updated with electronic Ford Duraspark used on later model Mustangs 5.0L Mustangs.
Differential:-9" rearend with 31-spline axle and a 3.50 traction lock gear.
Radiator:-4 core radiator.
Transmission:-4spd Toploader (Wide raito set-up) w/orig Hurst T-Shifter with new pressure plate,disc, and throw bearing.
Battery:-Alltma as of 2010.
Wheels:-Original Magnum 500s with 235/60R15 B.F. Goodrich tires.
Leaf Springs:-Heavy duty Boss 302 springs with helper leaf and original Shelby 428CJ traction bar.
Exhaust:-Custom bent Stainless Steel 2.25" pipe with "H" pipe and flowmaster 3 chamber exhaust.
Exhaust Manifolds:-Original with mud honing with Eastwood stainless steel coating.
Starter:-Heavy duty Tilton starter.
All fluids are synthetic. Sparkplugs-Autolite Platinum sparkplugs. Custom Tachometer with shift light. Power steering lines and water pump are new as of 2000.
Car is completely documented, and all numbers match. and hood springs, engine manifold, bumper joints etc. have been powder coated. And for Richard--Under the hood, inside the trunk, and door jams have all been polished as much as the car itself. There are other items but too many to mention here. Hope you like this photo.
