Description
Meet Dizzy, the star of my new animated short. he's a simple character with a simple set up. he is easy to animate and can do complex moves and expressions.
the first short is about how he loses the use of his legs, but finds a way to move on and still gets into a lot of trouble.
it will be a comedy short, with every character having their own personality and individual look.
