Description
On the hilltop above Carla's house the day seems to break into rain. But it won't: it has not rained for months, the snow was very scarce in winter. Farmers are affected by the drought and are worried for the growing season. Today it's as hot as in May.

I wish that we could share some of our too frequent rain. There was, just now, a hole in the clouds and I rushed out to get some sun and pull a few weeds out of the mud. These are gorgeous soft sky colors.

The seasons are becoming very unpredictable indeed. In the last few weeks here, the temperature has been well above seasonal... felt like summer! And yet now, snow is in the forecast... nevertheless we take what we're given and make the best out of it. Such a beautiful image, so very soft and delicate... like the calm after the storm indeed. Gorgeous tree that seems to be "waking up" from the dead of winter. Very peaceful and harmonious image, my Friend!

Wow, I don't know what you did to this photo but it looks gorgeous! We had a strange winter here too...hardly any snow at all, whereas last winter we had 4 feet of the stuff! I think we only had 2 weeks where it was -20C or colder, the rest of the time it was around 0C.
