Der Sage nach soll einst eine Frau aus Pfaffendorf ihre Tochter Barbara sonntags zur Kirche geschickt haben. Diese eilte jedoch nicht zum Gottesdienst, sondern zum Pfaffenstein, um Heidelbeeren zu naschen. Das entdeckte die Mutter und rief voller Zorn: "Werde zu Stein, du Ungehorsame!". Seitdem steht dort eine versteinerte Jungfrau - die Barbarine. ---------- According to legend, once to a woman from their village priest's daughter Barbara are sent to church on Sundays.
