Description

This is the visual recreation of a historic attack of British RAF B24 Liberator Bomber Squadrons on the Thai ship S.S. Suddhadib, comprised of 29 visuals created with Vue, SketchUp, Poser and Photoshop. Here the B24 bomber flies off after successfully striking the ship. Although the bomb did not go off, the damage of the fuel explosion and penetration of the hull is enough to bring the ship down.... I'd sink too if someone hit me with a steel tree trunk travelling at hundreds of kmh! The merging of the different media works so well it can be hard to tell which bits are vue, which are photoshop etc.

Damn fine work. You set a pretty high benchmark. I'd like to see your next project.
