Too cool for words. As Xanthmann points out the Thunderbird was a great looking car but after the fourth generation finished in 1966 it all went a bit downhill for me, especially the four door model. This is sheer class :)

I hate to have to ask this, but are those real wire spoke rims, or shudder the thought, hubcaps? Beautiful photo oh and thank you Maxidyne for the quasi-quote. It helps me feel like I know what I'm talking about once in a while.

very sharp 'bird. I replaced the hardtop with the convertible top on a 56 or 57 'bird and let me tell you it is a type fit getting in behind the seat and getting the bolts to line up with the holes.it belongs to an old client
