Description
"With my own eyes" said a puzzled Zlata "I would never have believed it."
Zwoggle & Zata had done exactly as Mrs Bonga had said & followed the way she pointed out.
Much to their amazement & relief they came to a clearing with a little fence & gate that led into a wood. Stood behind the gate was Mrs Bonga & along side her was a rather French looking chap holding a plaquard that read BONGA.
Zlata turned to Zwoggle & asked in a questioning voice"How on earth did she get here before us?"
Zwoggle being Zwoggle didn't answer her but just had a bit of a goofey grin on his face.
"Cooey, Cooey" shouted Mrs Bonga. "Now come on me dearies sit down & I will have some refreshment made for you." She turned to the man next to her "Come on Mr. Bonga, chop, chop, refreshments for our friends."
Zlata did wonder if she was back in a dream. To be quite honest she had seemed to have lost all sense of time. She didn't even know what day of the week it was but she did as she was told & sat down.
Zlata got herself comfy just in front of a beautiful patch of daffodils. They smelt so fresh. She glanced up at Zwoggle but when she saw the look on his face she turned to see what was happening. She was flabbergasted to see that tea & cakes had been laid out on the grass. Then she did a double take & looked again & saw 4 mice dressed in what seemed to be clothes serving, or rather making a botched job of serving the tea.
"Come on dearies, tuck in. We don't stand on ceremony here." Mrs Bonga said as if this was an everyday occurance.
"Come on Zwoggle, lets have a cake. Mind you I do wish the girls were here, to make sure everything is ok." she told Zwoggle.
If only she had looked past Mr & Mrs Bonga, she would have been assured that all was well :o)

Gorgeous image Barbara. There is so much going on here. Jasmine looks like she really would like to join in on the treats. :) LOL I guess its a good thing Mr. Buck didnt come on this adventure, he would likely see the mice as his own personal treat. :)

I like this part of your story Barbara and the confused face on Zwoggle’s face along with the disappointed look on Zlata’s face. The girls would never have abandoned Z & Z. Super image and background!
