This image is actually a tribute to my dear friend Julie, the doc that helped care for me while I was in the VA hospital last year. She is Korean, and we became good friends. Very sweet girl! The naginata is a Japanese weapon used for defense of armored warriors on horseback. It was often carried by women and is a very formidable weapon. The background is Terra Dome by Traveler, available from RNDA. I like it for the great light, but I think it sucks for background imagery and detail. But it is a good starting base nonetheless.
