Well, Murphy and the B-dog have had an adventure! Isn't that a good excuse for being late? The boys were down by the creek and heard Very Loud crashing and stomping coming towards the creek. B-dog turned and asked Murphy "what in the world do you think that noise is?" Of course Murphy being a sensible kind of doggy said "well I don't know, lets wait and see, but lets be ready to run just in case"
So they waited and watched and my goodness, it was an Heffalump .. uh .. Elefant .. um .. Elephant! So of course the boys made sure we got a picture of it becuase everyone knows there are no Heffalumps .. um .. Elephants at the Hollow!
We are so sorry to be so late Dear Barb and Jasmine, but you can see there has been much excitement and well, we lost our birthday list in all the confusion over Elephants and Heffalumps!!
We hope both of you had a marvelously wonderful day, and of course now that the birthday celebrations have been extended there must be more cake and ice cream and sardines with tea!!

Well, folks, after Easter I promise I will be diligent about catching up in the galleries .. in the meantime, I am so thankful for all the lovely comments on the previous posting and the faves.

Aw, man, that thing is gonna tear up the hollow. Set the Murphy loose on 'em. Another lovely photo and manip. I was just helping myself to some pretty butterflies over at chamberstock! You'll have to take a few of those out to the hollow instead of the 'effinghumps'.

Well I'll be, of all things, an elepant, an elephone, I mean..An ELEPHANT in the Hollow? Preposterous, must be a magic trick performed by the Fey. An excellent capture, Rita, next time I wouldn't be surprised if aliens landed there and asked Murphy to take them to his leader. I'd be a little concerned if I were you (lol). Crikey you never know what is going to happen some days!!!! This is such a delightful image you have done and what an imaginative idea. The boys don't even look scared of this huge heffalump and are taking it in their stride. A super birthday card but sardines..............? Excellent work and your muse is definately back.

This was so charming and I never got the chance to comment on it, now I have some time! I never noticed the little doggy paw print in the corner... is that a treadmark? erh.... trademark. What a wonderful place you have to take the critters..is it on your property? I love how the green light shines through on all the surfaces.
