Description

A photo taken at the Morikami Japanese gardens west of Delray Beach, Florida. It is very unique because it is not in the normal ceramic pot but growing in a shallow mound of dirt, covered with moss, on top of a concrete and stone shelf. It is about 2 feet (61cm) wide and maybe 30 inches (76cm) high. Taken with my old Minolta about five years ago. Please zoom! Very, very cool bonsai! It must be pretty old. It looks like a ficus tree that has been used. I just LOVE bonsai trees, but I have killed every one of them I have bought, so I finally gave up, LOL. I don't have much of a green thumb.
