Description
The governments newly insisted upon neighborhood watch program involved importing various Crugum hoods in to keep the piece in the inner cities. It usually involved stopping , questioning, and terminating the suspect. Nobody checked up on the program as the Crugum never left witnesses and no one complained. Weapons manufacting producers knew and slowly began to arm the citizens to give the Crugum more suitable prey. Eventually they would arm the the Crugum with better weapons too. Profits to be made. Politicians to be paided off in their secure little world. Thank god that would never happen today.
