EASTER’s HALLELUAH
Life’s resurrection from death’s night
Supported by an azure backdrop sky,
A cast of pirouetting cirrus clouds, the arc
White flights of gulls and songbird choirs engaged
In celebrating miracles of just
Born eggs … a cosmic theater brought to earth.
We’re told of angel whispers, prophesies,
Bare tombs. If holy facts are fantasies,
Rejoice! Saints left us legacies to hope.
