Description

My wife wanted one of my old B/W photos to hang on the kitchen wall. My wet darkroom has long since been dismantled. This is a digital recreation of the original sepia toned print on Agfa Brovira paper (This will have to do until I come up with a new Poser entry... ) Comments and criticisms are always welcome, Thank you for viewing. This is quite gorgeous and it brings back intense memories for me. I lived in a small town in the Czech Republic for a while, and one of the ways in which I entertained myself was in composing still lifes from a nearby apple orchard. This brings all of that back wonderfully. Even without that association, this is a brilliant piece of work. Simply marvelous. I love the elegance.

Lovely still life. Marvelous framing and sepia tone. (Agfa papers... indeed a classic. I wonder in this digital age how many photographers even remember those.)
