No Steve this is the Hosier Lane precinct where it is legal and encouraged. The artists will generally stay here so you won't find much on the 'normal' streets unlike some other world cities.

It's great that 'street artists' as they like to be called, prefer to stay in one spot in Melbourne, I applaud the City for doing this, and the 'artists' for staying there.. But when you live in one of the other many (most) other cities and towns blighted by this 'art' as they call it, graffiti as we call it, its just ... more of the same in a different place.. Colourful mate, I agree, talented (Thats what makes it a real shame), but still graffiti.. Rob
