Description
The creation of High Voltage was kind of a fluke. I knew that I wanted an electricity-powered character, but I didn't want it to be something obvious like an electric eel. I think that probably the inspiration for this character came from the villain called Megavolt from Darkwing Duck. He was a rat with a big plug on his head who had electrical powers. For some reason I thought that was neat, so I made a cat with plugs on his shoulders for my own original character. That cat eventually became a tiger with metal claws as I put a little bit of Wolverine into the character to make him into the loner archetype. ;-)
