Description

* Best Viewed At Full Size * Shot taken just after shooting the sunrise on Lake Street, New Bedford. I was all ready to leave as the sun had risen and was too bright to take any more lake shots when a local fisherman got a bite...... he'd been chatting to me the whole time I was there and was more than happy for me to continue shooting as he reeled in this 1lb (approx) large-mouthed bass (at least I think that's what he called it?) Sorry about the blown-out water, but I wasn't thinking about all the right settings when I took these shots, I just wanted to capture the fish as best as I could LOL!! Yes.... he did unhook it and throw it back into the lake.... his reasoning for doing this.... "if the water isn't safe enough to swim in, then there is no way I want to eat anything that's come outta there!" :) As always, thank you for your comments and critique, they are valued and appreciated.

Terrific light! The lake doesn't look blown out at all ... just a nice background with good dof.
