Description

Measure Thrice EWS © 2012 I have finished this aspect of the Steam Punk project that was started in A Man of Reason. New models are the Chemist Cabinet and Instrument stand. Other models I have made are the: Room, Gas Lights, Barometer, Clock, Corner Cabinet, Stand and Research Table. I have developed texture, bump and displacement maps for the robots and curtains in addition. Thank you to CG Textures for their great catalog of textures. Inspiration: Mark Hodder’s Steam punk books that start with ‘The Strange Affair of Spring Heeled Jack’ and Cherie Priest books that start with ‘Boneshaker’ have both given me some good ideas. A thank you to the Steam punk groups on DeviantArt and the artist that contribute to them for some great and inspiring art-work. Hexagon, DAZ Studio4, GIMP, UVMapPro C&C are welcome. Thank you EWS

Thoroughly enjoyed the Mark Hodder trilogy and the new slant on some of the historical characters and situations portrayed. What an inspiration! Superb work in creating such a wonderful image!
