Description
The Funny Men. They want to appear as the jovial, innocent, harmless types, but under that facade is something quite different, and most evil. They come in all ages, shapes and sizes, and more often than not, they wear the pinstriped suit, the little bow tie and sometimes the horned-rim glasses. Often they are the older white men who fear they are losing control over their world.
They want to appear as the harmless, straight arrow, men of wisdom; but under those deceitful facades are the hypocritical, scheming, selfish/self-serving social parasites.
They think it's funny to say that an aspirin between a woman's knees is a good form of birth control. They believe that they alone know best when it comes to the needs of women's healthcare.
They want to convince people that money and fair pay is more important to men than to women. Their aim is to enslave the poor and women. What better way to control women than to keep them pregnant. What better way to control the poor than to keep them underemployed and to underpay them. And, of course, provide them little or no education, and what is provided is sub-par. Because, you see, these "funny men" try to impress upon folks that an education is not important--it only makes you a snob. What better way to facilitate your efforts to twist the truth and to manipulate a group of people than to keep your audience ignorant. Remember, knowledge is power. But, don't believe everything in print or what's on TV/radio. Always research and verify using various truly reliable sources.
So as the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. Look beyond that friendly smile, that pin-striped suit, and, above everything, stay informed, keep educating yourself, and, hopefully, we can keep these creepy people from gaining too much power/control...
OK. Off my soap box. Thanks for dropping by. Hope you enjoyed the "art," and that I gave you something to think about.
Have a great rest of the weekend.
