cute? so I found 'em on april 13th (6 out of 9 from what I've heard, hatched a few days earlier) next to another pond, usually 'deserted' i.e. there seem to be monstrous carpers living there april 16th... 2 ducklings left people from that neighbourhood said there were still 5 ducklings in the morning before a heron and a cormorant visited drooling cats around too begged J. & co. to stay away from 'my' duckies don't know if the 'baby duck' duckling is still around :'-( 'duckie' pic was taken yesterday plssssssss keep ur fingers crossed???

I have to wonder if that yellow duckling is from another duck that somehow got mixed in with the other ducklings from this momma duck. Great shot and hopefully you will be able to document all of them growing through the year.
