I think this is a skylark, i took the pic last Sunday up on the Quantock Hills, Somerset

thats a Skylark allright, a beautiful shot that reminds me so much of my childhood on the Wiltshire downs, my Sunday morning walks with my dear dad, that soaring song will always be with me, thank you so much for awakening fond memories.
