Description
Wind Eagle's design is obviously based upon the American bald eagle, and I would have just left it at that, and early drafts of the character did indeed have him simply being a gung-ho Air Force pilot jock type. However, I eventually thought that it would be a tiny bit more interesting if I just modified that somewhat and make him totally alien, but still adhere to that archetype. Thus the additional green & purple plumage and him being a part of the VSF instead of the USAF.
