Description
So slow that the kerosene Chalwyn traffic lantern is rusting away. A wonderful find in the garden last September!

Around Guy Fawks night as a kid, we used to pinch these to get enough Paraffin/kerosene to help get the bonfire going, excellent memories. And I remember the blue ones the police used to place too :}
