Description

A washed up ditched P47, and a Canadian Tank and LST in the back round... as clean of the beach begins I saw an actual photo and was surprised the props were not bent ...but they were not Bazze ... P47

Pretty cool. I had to do a double take to see if it was a photograph. Interesting observation...I never thought of the beach that way...it's a new beach every day...as if nothing happened there yesterday. Nice work.

"Pierre, hadn't I told you to clean up the back yard? Well, have you? There's still junk lying around!" "I did, mama, but that's a bit too big!" Now, this is a great image - like a photo! Mixing black/white and color has a most interesting effect here. As you say, cleaning of the beaches. What a task! Something NOBODT thinks of or mentions. With unexploded munitions buried in the sand, that was a very dangerous job. Not so few were maimed or killed cleaning up. As for the undamaged propeller - sand is soft, flies all around, unlike dirt that's usually packed. Keep up the good work!

Nicely done! I would think the engine had seized and if one were to lift the P-47 up, you'ld find the other two very bent. Just the same..neat!

Astonishing. There is some serious "bar-lifting" with Poser going on lately. There is a sort of Dali-esque quality to this... all it needs is a melting Nazi clock perhaps. Lots of battlefields must look a bit surreal sometimes, once nature has started to clean up after us...
