The lines on the waterfall are a bit too straight: If you were painting using a brush I would tell you to use more wrist, I don't know how well that advice translates to digital media. Also, some of the lines in the leaves are a bit too clean, especially in the upper left. If this was a picture of the leaves, this would be fine, but since the main element is the waterfall then the sharp lines and color contrasts out at the edges are distracting. On the positive side the rays of light are beautiful and the sparse blur-free greenery near the water's edge is frankly brilliant. There is a lot of potential in this arrangement, but some of the smaller details do not work.

This is truly great work, and amazingly done with Photoshop Elements... It just goes to show, it doesn't matter what the tool is, it's who's wielding the tool that makes a difference.. Beautiful image...
