Description

This is a first of a few "65" Shelby Cobra's I have to post from time to time and this is the first one. Also I want to add here and you probably already know that 95% of the cobra's you see on the road are "Kit Cars" not the original, I think most of those are probably stored somewhere. Even so, these Kit cars are still nice to view. This was a beautiful one to me with a great color to match along with being a 427 which most all Shelby's are, and I am told are very fast cars also, so I hope you Cobra fans out there like this one. These Replicas are Awesome. Before I became poor I had a Blue and White Everett-Morrison with a Ford 351 Cleveland stroked to 427 cubic Inches. They built it. Depending on HP you can seriously kill yourself in one of these. Each one is a little different. Great image... and gotta love the Candy Apple Red.

A really cool powerhouse and as you point out most out on the road are 'Kits'. Nothing wrong with that as long as owners enjoy them. The two tone Ford behind it look my kinda car!

I had the pleasure of riding in one just like this about 14 years ago....Oldest Brother knew a friend with one....Was the best 12 second ride of my life.....(smiles)... Love These Captures Man.... This coming weekend is our annual Jefferson County Car Show and Swap Meet!...3 days of oooooo's and ahhhhhhhs ....and lots of drooling...lol....I'll be click'n a few myself to show at a later date.....
