Description

This is the bridge aboard the Queen Mary, its brass finished instruments preserved for display as if she were ready to head back out to sea. Although I accentuated the colors to underscore the gold light, it accurately represents my first impression upon arriving on the bridge -- brass, brass, everywhere!

Outstanding postwork and a marvelous composition. The accented lighting puts a strong, demanding view.

Another stunning image from the Queen! You really captured the feeling of stepping onto the bridge for the first time. The only thing missing is the smell of Brasso to keep all that brass shiny. Well done.

Now THIS is what a ship should look like. A few cans of NEV-R-DULL definitely were at work here. The gleaming wooden gratings and the deck boards help say it: I am ONE PROUD bit of floating steel.
