Description
Sundown on our first night back on the road camping our way around Washington's Olympic Peninsula. Campsite overlooks both the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound. We are near the point where they join.
My posting and commenting will be spotty at best for the next couple of weeks but I will be looking through your galleries...honest:)

Oooh, what I'd like to do, sit and watch the sun set in the water. But I don't see any joining. I don't even see the opposite coast line (I'll have to take your word for it, that this isn't the Pacific!). In the ground to the left - is that a railroad track? Look like an odd place for one! Now to enjoy some more of that view! Have a good time! :-)

a broad quiet vision of repose & gentleness, even in a landscape of what appears to be some forbidding forms. A capture without artifice or efforts at forced monumentality, and therefore monumental in a very gentle way.
