Description

new toy! most pics in 'my gallery' were shot with our ancient beloved Minolta 100-300mm lens (i.e. 150-450mm on a crop Sony). 'new' lens is a Minolta 100-300mm APO, a bargain! (THX Max!!! :-D) played with the new toy yesterday 'softness' here was me, not the lens! that beast was speeding!!! ;-D passed at a very short distance, 'thus' in a split sec (also a 'new' Minolta 100-400mm APO here. monstrous, yet can be used handheld. last pic of the 'or that way?' pics was shot with that) TYallSM for your time & wonderful comments (& fav.s!!!) on previous pics!!! :-D trying to catch up on commenting, sorry for being that much behind!!! 8 more pages to go

Aha! New toy is a new lens. This is one great shot, considering the speed and the sharpness in the photo. Telephotos aren't the most light strong, and the further away, the greater the risk for the shakes. Good work! :-)
