This is a ****** (i dunno) flower...
maybe somebody can enlight me with the right name ?

Lolipop Flower ... pachystachys lutea I just happen to have taken a picture of one of these a couple years ago, and my ever-on-the-ball husband took a picture of the TAG! (Bless him.) Your pic is WAY better than mine! Excellent shot!
