Welcome and Greetings To One and All! Okay....Bear with me...I promise to keep this under 4000 characters.....lol.... 1st off let me just say the response to me leaving for the summer has been just this side of unbelievable from all you folks...You really know how to tug at a persons heart strings...(smiles).. *UPDATE* Upon my reporting Monday that this was going to be my final week here until September have changed to the better for those looking for a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. When I got up and away from my computer after uploading my latest from my small town series Monday I was confronted by my 3 sons.After a lengthy discussion about why I was leaving here for the summer they all told me that that wasn't going to be the case "this" year. I was instructed to come here upon my next scheduled upload and announce I'm "not" leaving simply because these boys of mine have decided that it's "not" a wise idea to go absent when I'm creating some of the best art of my career/life since all this began some 9 years ago....Their "exact" words where...."Are you F'n Nuts!".....lol.. That and the fact that they decided that my services are no longer required in the yard and they told me this is "my" year to relax and let the next generation of Wallace's show they can do just as good as the ole' man can. So guess what that means?......(smiles)... Sorry.....Your stuck with me now....lol... So with that out of the way let's get down to business. I'd like to introduce you to my 1st ever character(Gabriel)created from this new obsession called Daz Studio 4...The latest to join my arsenal of creative weapons.5 days of reading and screaming and hair pull'n has taken their toll...I am now brain damaged....hoarse and bald.....lol...But at least I think I've grasped the concept of creating and manipulating characters to the point I feel comfortable with my 1st results and will proceed to expose myself...errr...find my way deeper into what all is involved..I really feel your pain when those that create this kind of art went through in the learning process as I'm sure I have my fair share of late nights in my future. So here you are...Not the greatest but we all have are starting point and with that I hope you like my 1st ever Character/Portrait/Pin-Up! This was just to show that I have "grasped" the "concept" So Beginning next week my schedule is Monday's.....Rural/Countryscapes/Small Town Series Wednesdays...Character/Portrait/Pin-Ups Friday's.....Fractal Factory 3 different types of art from 3 different programs all of which shall keep me busy for some time to come...Your all invited to come along for the ride...Should prove interesting....(smiles)..
