Emilio, I've looked at your work on other sites, and I never cease to be amazed at the huge variety of artistic expression you have. I haven't been able to comment as much, the last month, as I usually do, because of simple hand problems (nothing serious, just inconvenient). But I've seen a lot of your work in many media, and each new medium for you is another wonder from your eye & heart. As for this piece, it's almost like a big potpourri made of fabric, with wonderful 'tufts' of color & form, and a feeling of all kinds of colonies. You always know how to balance 'ganglia' with longer broader forms (your broad sweeps on the right side and your broader green areas on the lower left). And there's such beautiful luminosity here, enhanced by your grain. And of course your wonderful (and 'signature') black squiggly lines that look like little creatures, or else roadways for little creatures. They find their way into a lot of your works. I don't know how the world isn't making roads to your home, with all the beautiful art you do. But you remain one of the finest artists I've ever viewed. This is a sheer delight, and wholly organic & very fabric-like. I still haven't fixed my fav's, I'm too lazy. But your whole gallery is a fav. You're just one of the best on this whole site.
