Description

In June we will be able to finally see Prometheus, and in anticipation of that, I thought I would model one of the chamber scenes... well my version, from the movie. 3.25M polys, and a lot of lights, I have broken this up so that while the room is a circular chamber, the central globe projection with rings and satellites can be rotated for different views as well as adjusting the lights and their individual colors to provide an unlimited number effects. While the three figures are not included, everything else is. The image shown here was adjusted in post both in Vue and Photoshop and a number of adjustments in relighting to achieve the effects I wanted. at 72dpi and 26inches wide, the render took 8 hrs with all the custom lighting effects for those interested in this. I will be posting this to C3D tomorrow and hopefully will be up for next weekend for those who might be interested. It will be for 10 and above.

Really excellent work...Very striking...I've seen the previews for the movie and this is "spot on" as the British would say...Keep up the excellent work!
