I almost missed this.I went out to see if the moon was visible but it was not because of heavy clouds.I seen a orange glow to the west and went to my roof by ladder

Amazing capture Richard. Your skyshots are among the best I've seen anywhere, but I have to ask. Why do you go to the roof to shoot them? From the ground you still see the sky, is it just so you dont get buildings and such in the shot?
