Superbly evocative composition, my friend. Just the right amount of implied danger, challenging weather, and the dilemma of whether to trust this stranger in the middle of the wilderness. I like the starkness of it, and the close up reveals that the fuzziness of the wintry weather is actually a canvas effect. Zooming in is to be recommended. Thanks for sharing this image. Warm regards, well maybe 6C / 43F or so, from a Glasgow trying again to emerge fully from the colder weather. Yesterday I saw my first butterfly for years, although it later felt like snow in the air .. ;o) John.
