Description
I've been working on this piece off and on since late March. I love the painting of Circe done by John Williams and I did somewhat copy the pose he used, but the rest is my own inspiration from the Odyssey by Homer.
Created in Poser, exported to Vue 10 for lighting, special effects and rendering. All models are purchased content, although they have been heavily modified by me. Thanks for viewing!

Isn't she the one who used herbs and magical potions to turn men into pigs? Too bad she didn't realize at the time that she didn't need the potions for that.... :-) Sorry for being such a wag, but I just had to get that out. Now, this image is so rich and full of mystery and portent. It takes me back to the great movie productions by the likes of Cecil B. DeMille. Probably before your time, but I really love this. It has real drama and tension.

Love it! This has been one of my favourite paintings too but your version is amazing. Love how the little piggy is peeking from behind the curtain too :) I just did my version of Kirki the beastmaster too hehe. "I am divine, I turn men into swine." :)
