Description

Please view full size. Thank you. Is Autumn a vigilante grad student protecting an archeological site for her Master’s thesis from grave robbers or is she the winner in a shootout between thieves intent on robbing the site? Either way it looks like her problems are a bit of a ways from being over. All seen by one little silent witness; perhaps the only survivor from this scene. Some people had earlier commented that Autumn did not look strong enough to wield her weapons so for this one I used the definition and body builder morphs ++ to give her more muscularity. She has a figure that lets her carry some muscle quite well. This was created from three renders, each with a different light set that brought out the best aspect of part of the scene. One set brought out the brilliant mirror like reflection of the gong, another was used for the deep shadows and brilliant highlights of the general scene, and a warmer set was for Autumn. All put together in photoshop. Her hair is composed of two sets of Sissylabri by Studioartvartanian and the hair colors are by Prematos, the mother of Autumn. This one has sat in my finished folders for a long time waiting for the right moment. I will be away from Renderosity for at least a few weeks as I travel for work. Maybe I will recapture my poser muse or maybe I will just stick with photography for a while - I do not know. I have just bought a Nikon D5100 and am looking forward to expanding my photography roots. So I say to you all Hasta la Vista!

Most excellent image. She's definitely a tough one. So many details to take in. I like some of the simple things, like the squeaker in the back and the smoke drifting from the barrel. Always love your depth and contrast. A beautiful character to boot. Bummed you wont be around for a bit, but I wish you great fun and learning. Hopefully you'll be sharing some images from your new camera. Be well.

As always a scene full of goodies that need a zoom! :) Wonderful composition and effects in this Roxy. I like the 'dead-eye' aim. Will miss you being around, but I hope you get to go somewhere cool and do enjoy your new camera! Take lots of cool pictures to share. Auf weidersehen, hasta la vista and see you later!! Hugs.

As usual, you do not disappoint with the details and textures, Roxy! This one is delight to behold and sounds like it was quite a challenge to get everything just right, but you did just that. I wish you a very good trip and lots of great photos with your new camera. I hope we can see some of those when you return, too! :) Often getting away is just what is needed to reawaken the muse, too! We'll miss you! hugz

Shoot the heck out of that trip... But don't waste any film. I like this assemblage of yours. Most interesting and I had to look for the gun (although that sounds silly) but once found - it's dandy work.

A super render of Autumn, Roxy! She looks well able to defend her site. As always, your work is a treat for the eyes, full of detail and great lighting that supports the main subject! Brilliant work! Hope you have a great trip even if it is for work! Enjoy that new Nikon - I'm looking forward to seeing your photos (and hopefully more renders..)

An absolutely superb picture full of vivid colors, to the degree that the typical Poser girl almost doesn't live up to the rest of it.. Photography goes perfect together with Poser images as long as you manipulate them! An excellent way to start a foray into the world of HDR Photography is the Photomatix Tone Mapping Plug-In for Photoshop (Free trial). A Nikon D5100 has three frame exposure bracketing -I am sure you know this -just a reminder.

This is a superbly laid out photo-montage, pointing to your skills in photography as well as in 3D graphics. Should that also mean you have an adventuress's mind?! It sounds so, judging from the words that go along with this image. I dearly wish I could also travel for work, with my Nikon on the look-out for nice spots and people to remember by while shooting ! I am pretty sure you'll put your own Nikon to excellent use while being away. Come back soon , with photos galore!
