Description
Diver, code name for the V1 or Doodlebug a pilotless bomb aimed at London, the east and south coast of England during the latter part of 1944. This picture shows Pilot Officer "Ted" Kosh of No.3 RAF Squadron using the turbulance from his Tempest V's wing to tip or upset the V1's gyros sending it crashing into the ground.

Very nice Poser work!

Very nice image. The wing tip was put under the V1 wing tip, then the plane was tipped, its wing pushing the V1 into a groundward course. The plane had to travel very fast to catch up to the V1. This was precision work. A former RAF pilot told me how this was done back in 1969. Keep up the good work! :-)
