last week we had some storms roll through! one of the victims was this tree just across from where I work. The Rhododendron appears to support the poor tree

I hate when that happens. The trees often suffer when the storms roll through. Just glad it didn't fall on anyone's house or anyone for that matter!

Oh this sucks. The woods are right across the street from my house. I walk my dog down there every night. Well, last week this huge ass tree, just like this one, fell down right across the path. No storm though. Guess what? It was rooted right on the creek bank and it finally gave way! Yup. Sucks. I like gasped when I saw it because it's so big. Bummer.

It is always a sad image to see a wind damaged tree. Especially when they have been around for years. A very interesting photo, Mike!
