Not pleasant, potentially fatal. If you make your arc too shallow, take turn around the base wrong you have to take a fatter arc on the other side to do the full circuit or be disqualified at the finish line. As you spiral round the tail gaining elevation so when you slip the tail you slam into one of the slower sleds just entering their own revolution. So how do you win the dragons run? Answer is you don't. You the fastest surviver..." Decided to redo the planet and atmosphere almost from scratch. The starfield and nebula is Mahnmut's Fractal Starfield from planetside forums, and it is beautiful.
