Description
This is from the second day in Puerto Vallarta. I took a tour, "Shopping, Old Town and Beach". I noticed that a lot of the building while looking good on the ground floor the second, third or fourth floors do not always look so good. No railings and the underneath of the porches look rotten!
My wife was going to go but was not feeling well. Not the revenge thing, but the mold thing on the ship as she is allergic to mold. More on that later.

My God. I would say it looks like a hard hat area, but I don't think a hard hat would do very much when a building falls on you. Also? What's that green thing strapped to the tree?

No idea, except like maybe flag holders. Did not notice it at the time. Was trying to keep up with the guide.

I know just where this is--I lived in PV for years and this is just the way the building are. And no, you wouldn't want to be there in an earthquake ( I was, not fun!!)
