Description
The Rites of Spring bring forth the Virgin bedecked with flowers to represent the earth goddess. She ventures into the forest to enchant the stag who is transformed into the Lord of the Forest, the Stag of the Seven Tines. The Stag Lord pursues and the Spring Virgin flees from him, but her flight is half-hearted. For she knows the Stag Lord will overtake her and their ritual coupling will bring fertility to the land and the blessings of Mother Earth.

You've created two perfect images of spring, fertility and the creating of perpetual life and beauty. I love the mist at the top of the woods and your light and shadows is wonderful.
