another experiment with tonemaping then conversion to b&w - these are all 11"x17" 240 ppi files - may have to print soon just to see results better ;)

Very nice, although the blown out highlight (just below left mid-photo) distracts the eye just a mite. Between the tone mapping and b/w conversion you're image is very similar to the IR effect Very intersting place too, I'd never heard of it before, googled it & now I'm going to have to check it out. Thanks for the lead. : )
