Description
1843 As the industrial revolution gathered pace and Sheffield (UK) was on the verge of becoming the steel, tool and cutlery making capital of the world, the Sheffield Hallam University of Design was founded. For over a century it enjoyed a distinguished history as one of Britain’s top schools of art and design.
