Does this have anything to do with public transportation? It looks like one of those kind of crow's nest sorts of thingies. It's certainly bright and eye-catching and I rather like it. I have to say that it looks like a Chicago style wind will make it all wiggly and I don't know if that's a good thing, but it is nicely bizarre. It's like a box that's decided, half way, that it wants to take a walk, only it hasn't yet taken its first step. Well seen and I love that brilliant red.
