Description
A view of the buildings hosting the offices of the Province (like a county), and the Industrialist Association, plus a number of other offices. Thirty years ago this was the very perifery of the town,dotted with factories and laboratories. During the night, cheap streetwalkers offered the truckdrivers their goods,and pushers worked downtown selling to university students. Today streetwalkers and pushers are mostly immigrants and work all over the town, in the streets or at home.
