Description

I'm having lots of luck lately, problem is it's in equal doses of good and bad. So, we got there. The landing wasn't my fault. Honest. Sure we got away fine but the shuttle we stole had some real problems. Coolant was leaking all over the place, there were secondary malfunctons all over the ship and the navicomp was being a little uncooperative. Striker plugged in and was able to get us a course to the edge of Imperial space. I managed to contact the alliance for pickup but I had a feeling that the comms system was leaking as well. When I started the landing cycle all of the instruments cut out and the repulsors, well, they didn't repulse..much. On top of that I seemed to have found the only pile of rocks to hit within a thousand clicks. We got down. Ok, one or two foils had broken off, possibly three but the landing struts were alright, or one of them was. Yes my Jedi friend had to cut us out because the ramp was blocked but we did get out. None of that matters right? We were on the ground. I hadn't managed to miss that. Striker beeped and indicated he had picked up X-Wings and a YT-1300 inbound and as I saw my squadron mates coming over the horizon in perfect terrain following formation I was beginning to realise I would not be living this down any time soon.

@ Sqaullion You do know it's 2880x1620? You can click on all images in the gallery to get the full sized version. My deviantart gallery usually has a higher res or lower compression too.

I like to do my StarWars renders in Panascope with letterboxing for that authentic look.
